Join the Responsible Leadership team and support New Balance’s internal communications through content development focused on brand marketing, responsible leadership successes and culture and business story development. In this role, the associate will also assist in the production and distribution of internal messaging through various traditional and innovative communication vehicles, including print, digital and social media. This associate will help communicate NB’s strategic plan, business results, core values, responsible leadership (CSR) and culture through all internal channels.
Candidates for this position must have a BA degree in related field and seven to ten years of experience in a communication-related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as project management experience are required. Candidates must be able to illustrate a record of creative communication skills. Experience with content management, technology and global social media platforms is a plus.
