As an Assember II, you will perform complex tasks to shoe uppers that contribute to completing the product from the flat stage of the upper through final assembly and packing for the customer. You will be required to use tools and operate different machinery such as stitching machines, shoe lasting, flash activators, sole press, and spraying machines. You will meet productivity standards by following established procedures and processes. In this role, you will improve your technical skills by learning other tasks involved in the completion of a shoe. You will work hard to consistently meet standards and correct any quality issues. You will keep a clean workspace and follow the 6S principles to ensure a safe manufacturing environment.
